Email support@ardis.one. Include your account email and, if it helps, a screenshot. For privacy requests, write to privacy@ardis.one.
Report content or block a user
- Report. Open the menu on any list, review, photo, or profile and choose Report.
- Block. Open the person's profile, open the menu, and choose Block. They will no longer be able to see or interact with you.
Safety and abuse
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. To escalate harassment, threats, or content that exploits minors, email support@ardis.one with "Safety" in the subject and a link or screenshot. We review safety reports as a priority.
Delete your account
- In the app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
- By email. Send a request from your account email to support@ardis.one.
